1serrano pepper(can substitute with jalapeño instead)

coconut oil, if needed for an indoor grill
Instructions
Whether using an indoor or outdoor grill, preheat it to medium-high or 450°F
Mince the garlic, thinly slice the scallions, finely dice cleaned mushrooms, finely dice the serrano or jalapeno pepper after removing the stem and seeds. Zest half a lime using a microplane.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with the ingredients prepared in the last step. Add the egg and salt as well, then combine. I prefer to use my hands to combine ground meat with other ingredients, just as a tip. Shape
If using an indoor grill, grease it with some coconut oil.
Grill the burgers for 5 minutes on the first side, then flip and grill for another 3 or 4 minutes on that side. Remove and let rest for a couple minutes before serving.
